Greetings from Sshrishti!

After the summer vacation we are once again getting the students back to their desks and shaking out the holiday lethargy. But we too were shaken out of our sense of well -being. The building, which has been housing our Learning center, is up for sale. Come December when our lease expires, we are under the threat of being homeless.

There is however some silver lining. We have recently shifted three classes and our computer lab to our new address at Shaheed Bhavan in Qutab Institutional Area. A bus has been hired to take the children there. The children are happy with their morning bus ride and their new large and airy classrooms. We thank Mrs. Mohini Giri and the War Widows association for giving us the space.

The hiring cost of the bus is proving to be an expensive proposition and we are now in urgent need of funds to buy a second hand minibus for our center.

So friends, please spread the word around and help us out.
